For all aircraft operated commercially under a San Marino AOC, the holder of the Air Operator Certificate must refer to CAR OPS 1/3 Subpart M for continuing airworthiness regulations.
The management for continuing airworthiness shall remain the responsibility of the San Marino AOC, and who shall appoint a person approved to the Authority and known as the Postholder for Continuing Airworthiness.
The continuing airworthiness procedures, means and methods are specified on the operator’s Maintenance Management Exposition (MME), which is a pre-requisite for obtaining an acceptance of the operator’s maintenance system by the CAA.
