A CAR CAMO managing aircraft under CAR OPS 2A/2H shall raise an Airworthiness Review Declaration (ARD) using FORM SM 14B, as applicable:
- within 12 months of the certificate of airworthiness being issued or renewed; and then
- within 24 months of the certificate of airworthiness being issued or renewed.
An ARD may be issued up to 60 days prior to the expiry date without affecting the 12 month periodicity.
