ACASS granted first commercial AOC by the Republic of San Marino
ACASS and the Republic of San Marino are proud to announce that ACASS is the first operator to be granted a commercial air operator certificate (AOC) by the Republic of San Marino. The San Marino AOC allows ACASS to operate aircraft under the San Marino registry with the designation – T7.
The San Marino Civil Aviation Authority has extensive regulations, guidance publications inspector guidance and forms in place to process the AOC certification in a timely and cost-effective manner.  There are also sufficiently trained and experienced inspectors in place to ensure that everything complies with international standards without any compromise.
The registration jurisdiction is extremely competitive and is totally compliant with ICAO commercial operations.
The AOC allows clients of ACASS registering aircraft in San Marino to take advantage of the ACASS interim lift program and lease their aircraft with third parties, safely in operation control under ACASS.
ACASS advises that the registration enables them to meet demand from their clients for a safe, fiscally responsible registration jurisdiction with a complete set of commercial regulations that are totally compliant with the high standards and focus on client service and real world business operations.
Speaking on behalf of the San Marino aircraft Registry the President of the Registry, David Colindres, said “I am delighted that ACASS has attained the first AOC issued by the Republic of San Marino. This is another step forward in the development of the Registry.
For ACASS, VP of Corporate Operations Kevin Harris added, “We found the process to be timely, precise and very cost-effective. There was guidance throughout the certification by a highly trained team of technical experts who certainly help minimise the bureaucratic process. The San Marino AOC will be of great help to our clients who may be interested in offering their aircraft for charter.
